Edgar is something of an institution on Ave. Septima, where he sells snail slime on a table on the sidewalk by the Kokoriko restaurant across the street from the Colpatria Tower.

Edgar claims his slime eliminates scars and miscolored skin patches. Some people must believe in it, or at least are willing to give slime a try, because he stays in business.
