An Almost-Vacant City

A single car has the avenue all to itself near the Universidad Nacional.

With much of the population on vacation, parts of Bogotá resemble a ghost city during these weeks.

These pigeons have this Teusaquillo street all for themselves.

And even stretches of La Ciclovia, like this part of Calle 26, were sparsely used.
