Selling Scared for Halloween

A Halloween costume for sale on Seventh Ave. alongside African masks.
Halloween's almost here, as shown by the costumes for sale on many streets and plazas. But, for the informal vendors, selling means a game of cat and mouse.

This man on Carrera 10 is ready to run with his Halloween goods...
...keeping an eye on cops nearby.
Just off of San Victorino Plaza, this vendor is on the lookout...

...While nearby police negotiate with other vendors. The police are charged with keeping public space clear.

To pull out fast, this woman, has her box of goods on a string.
